Does Wheaton offer scholarships?

Yes! Each year, Wheaton College provides more than $45 million in financial aid to students based on merit and financial need. Nearly 90 percent of new first-year students receive some combination of scholarships, grants, loans, and/or federal work-study to help make their Wheaton experience affordable.

Do you have to be Christian to go to Wheaton?

To attend Wheaton, you should be able to affirm our mission and Community Covenant. Our mission is to develop whole persons who will build the church and benefit society worldwide “For Christ and His Kingdom.” Our Community Covenant is a shared commitment to cultivate a community of Christians who live, learn, work, serve, and worship together. When do I need to have my application submitted?

For Early Action I, applications are due October 15. For Early Action II, November 15. And for Regular Decision I and II, January 15 and February 15. We offer both our own application and the Common App.
